History

MicroChemicals was founded in March, 2001 and ISO 9001 certified in December 2001. MicroChemicals has its residence in Ulm, southern Germany.
 
We offer a wide range of special chemicals and si-wafers for structuring technologies even in small quantities for the use in semiconductor- and MEMS-device manufacturing and especially for research and developement. 
  
We do not only sell products we further offer technical service based on many years of experience in semiconductor technologies of our team.

We are European distributor for AZ-Electronic Materials^® (former Clariant^®) and for Technic France products.
